The “IP” assets that are being discussed have no value on the balance sheet beyond what they were purchased for.

In reality there are only four categories of IP: patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights.

In the case of MIKP’s asset it would be copyright.

But again..they cannot go out and get some appraisal of “Wish” and then plug that into the balance sheet. That is not how it works.

I suspect Mark didn’t pay much for any of it…so it will not be a very big number on the balance sheet.
