As I read it - they (SCOTUS) used precedent - worded - as banking (financial) companies regulated by the GOV do not have the right to EXCLUDE Gov from property
As noted prior as a non attorney but knowing attorneys can (and rightfully so) dissect each word and demand explanation and precedent ------ what is property ? The examples seemed to refer to physical property (as in ability to search - maybe without warrant) and to examine financials and books. I do not see - in what i read as a non attorney - how SCOTUS expanded THAT precedent to NET WORTH (but they did - and I saw no footnote or explanation -- but they are SCOTUS)
