Iroquois is just as sleazy (if not more) as Ken Waggoner the EX - CEO

Isn't it odd that they are planning a reverse split and increasing authorized shares, when in all reality they shut down operations and any further work on the IND. Also their platform is not worth anything, no IND was ever submitted and no drug company or biotech company is interested in it.

Just to mislead investors that they are not a penny stock, and also lets them raise much more money for their own use since they can get a lot more from issuing shares at a higher price using the toxic financiers they always use.
