Do me a favor kindly post your tender letter for the purchase of your worthless shares.
Do me another favor can you show me how much money was set aside for the forecasted fees? I’m sure they quantified it in a report rights? Even thought The monitor forecasted fees for the warehousing, logistics, sale of the company and other items can you tell me how much money was actually spent on those line items? Can you show if anything was spent? I’m sure it’s in a financial statement. I mean they would have to account for the money right? Can you show me in the reports where it states that the company was actually sold and who it was sold to? The sale of the shares wouldn’t be kept from the owners of the shares would it? Have you ever seen a public company get liquidated and the empty debt ridden shell sold but the sale was hidden by an NDA to the point that over 4 years later nobody knows about it and shareholders have no idea what the price was for their shares? I’m sure you can account for these things right? I personally have never seen a public company get sold and the sale kept a secret from the owners of the company (the shareholders) but to also have been kept a secret from the judges, creditors and attorneys involved as well?
