Dude. One side is legit and has been for 25 years and has had an excellent reputation in their community not to mention putting out great tasting micro beer as well as serving good food from the restaurant side of things. So to try to understand this. Are they willing to jeopardize their local reputation they have built up through the years by running or allowing to run a "complete farce" designed "to fleece" people out of their money on the stock side of things?

It would be like running a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde type of operation. Is that what you are saying? Does that even make sense? Can you explain the premise or basis for a company that is willing to throw an operating business like this away when they are making and selling great beer (and food)? Can you provide more information to support your contention?
