He seems to be understanding better than most.

And here is another one…there are close to 2 Billion shares in retail hands that they have been sitting on for a long time (in a lot of cases assuming they are worthless).

What do you think is going to happen if quoted trading comes back with some volume? Some may be selling for whatever they can get.
