I have seen similar types of things before. And no, I don’t think it was for Mark to sell. But he has a lot of shareholders holding bags…some probably pretty big.

It would not surprise me in the least if one or more have been hammering on him to get to quoted trading to sell…but the best he could do was file a deficient Form 10. The real money in doing so is in the fins and audit. Completion of the Form itself is a cut and paste.

The stock got a little bump in volume and price when that happened…albeit pretty small.

There aren’t any good reasons to file a materially deficient Form 10 without audited fins.

So the question remains…why did he do it…and not wait until he had a completed audit?

We may never know.

But we wait for what is going to show up next…

Withdrawal of the Form 10…or…2 years of audited financials.
