Pros: None, I can’t not think of one good thing about this company.
Cons: Did not provide Proper safety training and items. Do not give you agreements in writing. Change employee tasks without warning. Employees are constantly changing so there is no consistency or proper workflow put in place. Raises don’t happen. Over time does not happen. No reimbursement for cell phone usage.Advice to Management Learn how to manage and hire a non relative for HR
