Calassee Wins???? Funny how people can have a different view of the same materials. I read both filings and though Calassee will lose his standing arugment. Then I sent the filings to my friend Ralph. Ralph is a very experienced real estate investor and has no stock in any of George's OTC plays. He read the filings and when we talked about it he thought that Calassee will win on his standing argument. He thought the writing was better and caselaw better supported by Calassee's lawyer. Just the opposite of my opinion. I spent forty years doing investigation trail work in Los Angeles and the only thing I learned in a court room is you never know what can happen in a courtroom. I lost cases I thought we won and won cases I thought we lost. At least some of the waiting, but if you read the filings both give the court room enough to rule in an unexpected way. Ralph did feel that even if he wins the Standing Issue he will lose when the full case is heard. P.S. The last thing you need in life is your name on a piece of paper going back and forth between two lawyers.
