So the clown show starts by passing a bill to cut funding for the IRS. Well, nothing says fiscal responsibility like reducing revenue by $186 billion or so.

The bill passed on party lines (so much for the Republiklan "moderates"), and was last seen heading for an ignominious death on Chuck Schumer's desk.
