CINC appears to be heavily populated with ex-AMRN employees, including an ex-CEO, ex-CFO. The former AMRN BOD chairman was also head of Sofinnova, said to be CINC's largest shareholder; from the AMRN message board:

".....Thero is on their board, Michael Kalb (former AMRN CFO) is their CFO, and Sofinnova (Eckman) is their largest shareholder...."
