Only permit I see issued is for the exterior sign. So this could have something to do with the first attempt at getting a building permit. The one that suddenly disappeared. I'm thinking they started something and screwed it up big time and the County found out about it. Then the County gave them a chance to straighten it out, but they still couldn't get too a permit issued. Hence, the lock out.
