So,the only way for the present bagholders to dump their position is to get trading started again so a whole new class of bagholders can be created. Those shareholders that lent or provided funds to NEWBauer for this purpose are opening themselves up to possible legal actions (in my opinion) from the new class of bagholders once they realize they have been had.

Not to mention that it’s pretty damn immoral. Karma is a bitch
