to see a pps move -- is there one or two from the list that need positive resolution

in short - do we need all of this resolved to move up - or down - big time

I would think if SCOTUS hears the Writ (agrees to study and decide - again is my definition of hear the Writ) -- and then says - YUP a taking and says close to zero about $ damage or .. but says yes a TAKING (not just violation of rights) ---- ??
