I said he doesn't care in the sense he doesn't participate in the running on 21thEalth care he leaves that up to D.PATTERSON,his time is all for the oil&gas,the idea of the spinnoff has been on his mind for quite sometime so he can dedicate himself entirely on 21th century energy,now they have revs and it can be done,the reward is been worked on as we speak,lots of paper work.At this point in time the proof in in the pudding.... I like the spinnoff idea and buying lots more shares...
