Cost Bil s to bring a drug to market , it’s incredible that a small bio co to get to this point !!!! The P3 is a success and FDA approval appears to be forthcoming, With less than 200 Mil they had to raise more , I was not surprised they pulled trigger to secure funds , Was a little disappointed in 2.45 per share would liked to see 3-4 bucks
I think a reverse split is a year or so down road , hope so , the co s that just purchase 200 mil wouldn’t accept it & sure a provision in deal making sure it won’t happen until after their out
Listen , securing funds is just smart , there is NO Company if they didn’t secure funds - showing big Pharm they are in good financial position is very important. In fact it attracts interest & offers. Think about it , with out money ?? in the bank their nothing more than a Co with a valuable asset that will forced to sell or be overrun by competitors with money & their asset
In the real world this is how it works so put on big boys pants watch & learn
