As of the date of this filling, the HHSE Facilitated production of “WILDFIRE” is nearing final mix and delivery, which is expected to generate a significant revenue item for the Company during Q4 (2022) and Q1 (2023). Hannover House has made a strategic investment in the production of this film, and will benefit from it’s off-the top distribution fees (applicable for all media), plus recoupment of the production, loans and ongoing profit participation.
