Yes. Life changing money here over the long haul. My wife and I have already profited handsomely here on paper. But not selling any time soon as the real serious life changing money will be made here during the production life of the mine over the next several decades. After all, the proven resources are quite substantial and very rare in that it will be the only real US based source of these elements, for which the US is currently dependent on foreign countries, e.g. China and Russia.
