Affinivax is a good comp for valuation here - they are a tad further along, have a 24 valent pneumo vax in the clinic w BTD, and a pipeline preclinical including a 30+ valent vax. they got acquired for 2.1B plus an additional 1.2B in milestones last year
So PCVX seems fully valued at the current price (and then some)
