I just read the Multiparty Stock Purchase Agreement in the super 8-k and the exchange for tradition was nearly $27 million….. since Mr Davis legally assigned his rights in the MSPA to APSI, APSI got the company for ~ $27 million. Market cap is only a quarter of that at .43 cents on 17.2 million shares outstanding or only $7.5 million. Undervalued
