I was wondering if anyone else is watching the Republicans go through the motion of nominating a black man to the position of Speaker of the House. Byron Donalds was just placed in nomination for the position of Speaker of the House.

Now it will be interesting to see how many votes this person gets today. I am pleased to see Republicans nominate someone other than Kevin McCarthy.

Nothing like watching American politics, so please let the voting begin.
