Hi all- this is Mark Newbauer, CEO of MIKP. I know this has been a long, arduous journey to get to trading again. There were many times when I was courted to step away from MIKP and vend the assets out to another company, but my hopes have always been to restore this to current, trading, and stronger than ever. As many know, we have filed a Form 10-- not much more I can say here until said on a public forum, but we've had some solid support and encouragement from a handful of people I know interact on this board, so it's with much respect and gratefulness that I write here first.

as well, if everything goes as I hope it does with effective Form 10 having OTC Markets recognize us as Pink Current, we'll be updating a lot more frequently on operations and bigger picture plans--- my vision is to host shareholder zooms once a quarter for Q&A and things like that, but we're also looking into platforms that service this type of communication/accessibility just the same.

Either way-- Happiest of New Years to all and know that we will be working with great enthusiasm to build something impactful with Arowana and Mike the Pike.
