I'm noticing that too - lots of little trades between 4/5 it looks like?

3s may well happen - I'd be very shocked at 2s....I can't see it - back to the 1/2 line with this kind of news to start the year? IMO those are gone now, and the chance to get 2s was when the OS reduction was announced - oddly it sat at 1/2 for a day.
