Wow. This is not a question of achievement, it is one of political will and obligations. IMO CJ is more "interdependent" with a wider range and higher number of players than any other president has been. Because of this I believe that he is unlikely to RRR the GSEs. Why do Insay this? Because this government action has very little awareness and controversy surrounding it. It is non-partisan which IMO makes it untouchable as polarization is what both parties are selling. If this would deal a visibly significant political blow to Republicans, get out of the way but actually it has no impact.
