I hate to rely on the education system for everything......Schools are already overburdened

But I don't see why it can't be a part of health classes....

I'm a big fan of parents teaching their kids about sex,,,,10 minutes every now and again goes a long way...If your child does have issues then its time for professionals that will take the time to sort through them......
