Royce is not "on the take". This is a huge problem in our country where most if not all in the government believe and support that the government can do anything. The closer to DC you get the worse this gets. In the original Perry Injunction lawsuit Royce said so.

Watch Rand Paul dual with Wray recently on youtube....possibly on the Forbes channel. Wray is also in that group argueing that FISA actions on Americans is Constitutional even though the "F" is for "Foriegn". As Rand Paul pointed out FISA actions do not adhere to 4th Amendment protections but Wray closed out saying the FISA actions against Americans are Constitutional.
