"IF" this is what is taking place with ELTP shares ............. Who in the hell would think NasRat would try and do anything about it, when it clearly benefits HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More shares for NasRat every year ...... A CEO with integrity, would have taken action years ago, but after clearly stating that the share price would not trade in the $0.02's and now here we are. In my opinion, NasRat is conning us with his BS statements and has been ever since the "No One Will Stop Us" BS concerning Elite's ART,
