There's no reason they need to finance anything with debt so being overly concerned with interest rates shouldn't be that much of an issue. If they were just going to take some investment and go into debt they'd stay a private company. Monetizing the TGLO into DLFN or DLNG, or whatever they choose, means no debt, IMO.
