That’s my point sir. If they were budgeting for all of that for that long then they would not have said before end of year multiple times and as recently as Mid-November with the government. It would not affect our timeline then if it was already being budgeted. I doubt they changed the plan as recently as November in a way that would make them miss the projections they gave everyone
