That's WRONG!!!

In order for your loss to be available for 2022 (or one of the prior three years), the settlement must take place in 2022. This year, the trade date must be no later than Dec. 28, 2022, in order to complete settlement by Dec. 30th


That's the deadline for covering shorts!
