I will check with our attorney but I am not sure we actually need a transfer we may be able to do it by a simple agreement. to bring a legal action against the company even if it appears it doesnt exist or against those that caused it not to exist which we intend to do we need an interest in it. In other words we don't need a physical certificate we just need to say we own the shares.
