Is different for different people of course, but the sole reason i tried heroin was because i'd read, and been told personally by drs. i knew, that tobacco was more addictive. How else to learn for sure. Never shot it, just snorted like cocaine for some six months. First three times oh what a wonderfully warm sensation. Seriously after that was physically sick the first three times. But after that just the beautiful warmth. It's a great drug. They used it in hospitals before morphine. After six months i just said enough of the experiment and stopped. Just like that. No problem at all. Smoking was much much much harder to quit.

Since, i've read the only drug more addictive than tobacco was crack. Lets see ..

One there. I got sick of hearing that one try of heroin hooked you for life when i'd read so much that it wasn't true. Unfortunately we are lied to by some health professionals sometimes. They rationalize it as being for the greater good.

It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
