Just to clarify. Under Delaware law a company in "good standing" can appoint directors who may serve until the next annual or a special meeting of the shareholders. According to Jon Faro (on tape) he was appointed after Delaware voided the corporation and even if he is mistaken there has never been a shareholders meeting since then. Please use your journalistic expertise and explain that to the shareholders that have been waiting for more than a year for a company update.
