What is the status of the loan? I thought they were working on the last pieces of financing back in July 2022 - see below tweet.

As we move closer on our solar factory and complete the last piece of financing, to produce state of art automated solar panels as well as our non glass integrated panels into the market which will allow us to monetize our patents. $snpw

Starting the new year out with an Investor update on all projects would be a welcome surprise/gift.
