How can one NOT be skeptical? You say the management is laser focused. They said they would "hit it out of the park" in 2022. We have 5 days left, and nothing but fluff so far. A lot of pending items and soft reports don't make for true positive outcomes.

Even an effective share buyback program would have been true mega news, but this company over promises and under delivers constantly. Everything is in the works, on the way, coming in weeks or months. It continues to bleed out slowly, death by a thousand cuts...
