*FRAUD-LEAK* Adam-ARON wants-to-sell 1.26 BBBillion AMC...not APE?:

- There are 900 million APE outstanding;

- There are 516 million AMC outstanding;

- There are 550 million AMC authorized;

- AA wants "YES" vote from us to increase authorized AMC to fit the 900 million APE into AMC;

- Meaning AA wants "YES" vote from us to increase authorized AMC to 1.4 billion;

- Then 1-for-10 reverse split brings AMC outstanding to 140 million... BUT... authorized stays to 1.4 billion ("The TRAP")
   (EVERYBODY knows reverse splits do NOT change the number of shares authorized by the shareholders?)

- So after "The TRAP" is all said and done: 140 million AMC outstanding, 1.4 bbbbillion AMC authorized

- Leaving 1.26 BBBBillion AMC (not APE) fully authorized by Apes to be sold by sore loser Adam ARON?
