Put 2 and 2 together and you can easily see that the eternal pipeline project is just a money pit meant to bleed customers as much as possible before they rid themselves of these predators. Mark my words, the project will be abandoned at some point, and they already know this, which is why they won't just borrow the money that they say they need.
