I guess I don’t see any real change other than the “stories” have become more sophisticated. He has never been truly able to commercialize the technology in the last 10 years he has been trying, and see no reason what that would change now.
The Optilan acquisition has done nothing for them other than be a huge cash suck as many of us predicted, and frankly the “foreign” deals are more likely smoke than anything real. OTC stock CEO’s like them because they are easy to exaggerate without the risk of some due diligence popping the bubble. Middle East and other foreign locations are hard to research and confirm stuff.
Lastly, I suspect that Dennis really doesn’t know what going to Nasdaq means for an OTC stock. I have yet to see one really work out. Some hold their own but most fail and end up back on the OTC at some point.
I am not even convinced this SPAC approach will work…and I don’t think many are going to pleasantly surprised by the share exchange. It is likely going to be the equivalent of a 1:250 to as high as a 1:1000 RS.
Anywho…we shall see. I have been following this too long to stop now.
