So, Santa Clause could have made those statements but since they have backup all is ok. Give me a break. This is sillyness. If a quote is made, identify the source, otherwise it is meaningless and can actually cause a loss of credibility. Also leaves the company open to the comedians who will create a narrative of who all it could be - guessing is generally bad. A company creating their own narrative is good. Simple stuff here.
