I agree there. The fact is even a public company with a solid business plan can get a traditional business loan. If you read the filings, he's taken in plenty of financing through individuals. I have no doubt that he doesn't want to dilute them to oblivion and then have to see them face to face. Would you? Read any of my past posts, I've been ultra critical of him because I've seen every iteration of this company. I think he is on to something here, but it has to show up as revenue in the filings before I'm 100% convinced. Coincidentally, if that happens, everyone on the fence will jump on this like an overturned Wells Fargo truck same we will see a run for the record books. If not, it's just another uatg chapter.
