Best way to figure out a time frame for this is find 2- 3 shell companies that did super 8k's. Check time in between from annoucing it. to it being posted. I would think some of the old timers around here have seen a few and can give an idea or a guess estimate. My thought is evidently a month. Seems like 70 days would be the max. They may have already been working on it as of Nov 17 tweet though.
