Not really in hindsight...........
Just need to realize that HOSENUSAGAIN told us UP FRONT in court, he would put the MONEY(WAIT WHAT MONEY) in long term high yield BONDS.
All involved in this have a FIDUCIARY responsibility to MAXIMIZE the returns here....

Can you imagine how long it would take to glean through 65,000 mortgages to find out WHO OWNS WHAT and WHERE IT SHOULD GO.

It would be like going to a barrel of rice and a barrel of barley mixing them together, LIKE JPM DID WHEN they grabbed everything from both WMB as well as WAMU and try to separate it back to all wheat and all barley having been separated............. This would be a HUGE TASK and would take a very very long time to undue what was done.

NOW what about all the loans that JPMC foreclosed on or have been getting payments for, DID THEY ACTUALLY HAVE LEGAL OWNERSHIP of those loans or which loans did they have legal right to collect.............

Doesn't shock me at all that this would take a LOT OF WORK and YES YEARS OF WORK
