It really defies belief. Time after time, they just fall completely flat. It's all so avoidable. Where TF is SBC? Where are any updates on anything that's going on?

Timely reports are basic business 101. No excuses for failing to file on time. None. They want the "loyal shareholders" to believe them and trust them, but they don't give anything to the shareholders in return. All they do is stall and say whatever is needed. It's sad, really.
