Putz: With all due respect, the results of the REE analysis and demo plant testing will most certainly be out before shareholders of each entity will be voting on Niocorp's acquisition of GXII. And, no one will be losing 90% of their holdings. Everyone will still hold the same ownership stake and percentage interest as prior to the RS.
