But my relative ownership stake and percentage of ownership in the company does not decrease. The RS will in all likelihood be necessary to be listed on the NASDAQ and that adds tremendous value to the entire equation and is an overall positive enhancing our investment here for the long term. SMH again.

I am talking about your personal account not the position of outstanding shares in the company. This is not hard to figure out. 100000 shares pre-merger( your account drops to approx. 9100 shares).
