For those who are looking for elite to do a reverse split to qualify for a listing on NASDAQ, I refer you Nuwellis (NUWE) that recently did a 1000-1 reverse. Stock was .12 at the time and opened at $12. Company put out a nice report on its drug and stock went to $16. Five days later it is trading at $7.5 with a market cap of $2.4 mil and only 300,000 shares outstanding. This is a typical result. I thought I was bad off when I had no shoes, until I met a man with no feet.
