Olti, Your assumption is wrong and will be shown to be wrong shortly IMO.
We are both in the same type boat, if mine floats, yours will float also.
What has happen to your brother? He hasn't posted in quite some time.
I am a Retired US Marine, Mike Willingham was not in the US Marines, but was in the Us Army and is a decorated Soldier. I lay odds that Mike will prove to be admired and respected in the end. He has not been in a position to defend himself from investors who believe he sold them out. I too was one of those investors, but after he signed an NDA he has been gagged and his hands are tied. I wouldn't want to be in his shoes and have people bad mouthing me for 14 years and not be able to tell them all the facts and why I couldn't say anything. Mike's last words to a few investors at a shareholders meeting were, "Don't hold your breath", he knew this was going to be dragged out for a very long time.
We have both waited for a very long time, but I believe that the FDIC is going to wrap up LIBOR shortly and we will get word of the Receivership closing, if I don't see progress by the 5th of Jan. I may change my mind.
Have a peaceful and Merry Christmas and may your candles burn bright !
