Kathryn, desperate for financing sold 375 million shares to a financier (probably Miro) at a value of .0001. She got the necessary funds to acquire the California warehouse which we desperately needed ( with the SQF certification) and he got cheap, cheap shares, which he has been dumping at .0017 - .0025
Eventually, all the shares will be sold back into the market and up we will go. I personally believe that Kathryn is holding back the good news until that dilution is absorbed back into the O/S then she’s going to release it
