Short Squeeze would have happened if FINRA did not HALT the MMTLP stock from trading. If what you say is true and no short squeeze would have happened since there is only 4M shares in existance, then why did FINRA HALT trading of MMTLP stock with U3 (Extraordinary Events) which is as vague/unclear as any excuse can be on Friday and Monday (Dec. 9 and 12). What is FINRA trying to solve/avoid??? Can you give a technical reason for that?
Since spinoff declaration and documentation was done weeks before by the book and according to the law and process defined by SEC procedures?
