Hi, we, as in CDMO shareholders are still $20 below the yearly pps price of $34+ ….. a takeout below this yearly high would be very disappointing to so many of us 20+ year longs here!

There are many hige CDMO players like Samsung, Catalent, etc that could buyout AVID and have new state of the art equipment, backlog, contracts already in place.
It takes or requires years of inspections, reports, verifications to start up a new CDMO!
